Exterior view of Lincoln Heights Branch Library at the time of opening. Library is a branch of the Los Angeles Public Library (also known as the Northeast Branch). View shows the right side and backside of the building. Note the designs above the window. Located at 2530 Workman St. in Lincoln Heights, the Renaissance style building was constructed with a $35,000 grant from Andrew Carnegie and was designed by Hibbard & Cody.
