Photograph caption dated September 5, 1961 reads, "Church elder Phil Johnson, 11552 Hamlin St., North Hollywood." A fire set by arsonists destroyed the former church sanctuary at Trinity Community Presbyterian Church located at 11960 Victory Boulevard in North Hollywood.
