Description
Photograph caption dated November 22, 1963 reads, "Don Lawrence, right, manager of Beaumont-Gribin-Von Dyl, property management firm receives the keys from Harry and Al Mitzenmacher, owners of the Mayleen Apartments at 15651 Dickens St., Encino. Lawrence stated that the deluxe apartment homes designed by Abe Shapiro, A.I.A., are now open for inspection and that they offer features never before found in the San Fernando Valley."
