"Real Estate, Inc., moved into this structure at 4001 Freeport Boulevard last week after purchasing it and converting it from a restaurant into an office building at a total cost of approximately $150,000. Ray D. Henderson and Jack Richey, founders of the real estate firm, said the 3,000 square foot building was bought from Frances Sliskovich and was completely remodeled by the Lawrence Construction Company. The architect for the remodeling was Wallace Alexander, who designed the original structure. Real Estate Inc.'s old address was 801 9th St. ..."
