Quentin Franks -- 21 years (captured by two restaurant workers) Kay O'Grady -- 35 years (piano player locked in ice box) Harold Wenzler -- 49 years (locked in ice box) Ronald Lee Curtis -- 21 years Ancel Racette -- 35 years (They captured robber). Caption slip reads: "Daily. Photographer: Sawim. Date: 1960-02-09. Reporter: Swaim. Assignment: Robbery -- capture. 7-8: Quentin Franks , 21, robbery suspect, lying on emergency hospital table after beating by two restaurant workers who caught him. Police said Franks was in narcotics 'withdrawal'. 13-14: Kay O'Grady, 35, red -haired pianist, sleeping on police couch and Harold Wenzler, 49, after four hour ordeal in restaurant ice box, where suspect locked them. 19-20: Ronald Lee Curtis, 21, (janitor) left, and Ancel Racette, 35 (chef), telling police how they disarmed and overpowered drugged suspect, held him for police."
