Description
Lease agreement for seventeen acres of the Guadalupe M. Dominguez allotment in Rancho San Pedro east of Avalon Boulevard. The lease term is for the year 1939 and has a rent of $425. Additional text is added to the lease agreement referring to subletting and to furnishing proof of citizenship as an instrument of the document; a response to the Alien Land Act of California. The document is signed by the lessee and the company.
