Photograph of a view of Perino's Restaurant and the surrounding shops on Wilshire Boulevard in Los Angeles, 1940. Perino's can be seen on the first floor of a large building at right. The building is two stories high and has a rounded corner at left. Two chimneys can be seen protruding from the shingled roof. In the background at left, a tall tower can be seen. A streetlight can be seen at center, and several automobiles can be seen parked along the side of the road. Legible signs include, from left to right: "Elizabeth Arden", "3933", "The Bachelors", "3911", "Perino's Restaurant", "and "Allen Rucff Architect".
