Movieland Wax Museum operated from May 4, 1962 until October 31, 2005.
Photograph caption dated May 3, 1962 reads, "The lifelike wax figures above show Mary Pickford and Douglas Fairbanks as they appeared when both were romantic stars of the silent movies. Figures are included in the Movieland Wax Museum, 711 Beach Blvd., just north of Knott's Berry Farm. Museum will be premiered tomorrow night."
