So sing and smiles these pretty girls grouped about a piano in Bixby Park, where relief stations of Long Beach have been established. The group reflects the spirit of the beach city as reconstruction is under way, following the quake. Left to right, in foreground, Rhoda Matthews and Freda Nave. The others, left to right, Billie Beck, Ruth Mathews, Jerry Matthews, Lorraine Pease."
