Description
Annotation translation: "Place of the spirits on the top of a mountain. Broken earthenware waterpots are put there as dwelling-places for the spirits. Urns, many incense sticks and numerous tea-cups lie near them. The short planks are offerings of gratitude to the spirit. Some of the characters praise his power and mercy." Annotation: "Geisterplatz auf einer Bergspitze. Zerbrochene irdene Wasserbehälter wurden dem Geist als Behausung hingestellt. Urnen, mit vielen Räucherstäbchen & zahlreiche Teetassen stehen dabei. Die kurzen Bretter sind Dankgeschenke an den Geist. Ein paar Schriftzeichen darauf rühmen seine Macht und Gnade. "
