Description
Pictured in circa 1915 is the California State Fair's Machinery Hall. Built in 1910, when the fair was moved to the intersection of Y Street and Stockton Boulevard, the structure cost 30,000 dollars. The Agricultural and Manufacturers Hall was also being built at this time, both spots were constructed with the intent of being ready by the Fair's opening in summer 1911.
