Says Robbery Victim - Robert Ho, right, victim of robbery early today at Paul's Lucky Liquors, 6417 Lankershim Blvd., North Hollywood, identifies John A. Speer, 25, Bakersfield, as the man who took $138 in the 1:45 a.m. incident. Police spotted him 15 minutes after the robbery, passing the North Hollywood police station in a taxicab. He had $138 with him. Holding the suspect are Officers R. B. Nies and N. A. Bivens. Speer was subsequently booked on suspicion of armed robbery at the North Hollywood Station."
