She is known for co-starring in the television shows "The Donna Reed Show" and "Coach." She also recorded several albums in the 1960, with her song "Johnnie Angel" becoming a number one hit. Photograph caption dated September 29, 1963 reads "Actress Shelly Fabare (sic) takes keys to new automobile she has just leased from tony Palumbo, vice president and general manager, Executive Car Leasing Co. Preparing to bid her 'bon voyage' is Monty Masters, Sherman Oaks, manager of the firm. The company plans to open new branch in the West Valley soon."
