Photograph of cranes and workers on Broadway removing the rubble of the old Los Angeles Times Building the day after its bombing, October 1, 1910. Large, shallow freight cars are lined on their tracks across the foreground, receptacles for the removed wreckage. The seared and broken Times building is visible in the center background, behind the arm of a crane. Workers stand on the freight cars. An onlooker stands in the right foreground. Back of photoprint identifies the date as "Sept. 30, 1910".
