Description
Lease for fourteen acres of the Maria de los Reyes Dominguez allotment in Rancho San Pedro and "fronting" on Hawthorne Boulevard. The lease begins November 1, 1937 and ends October 31, 1938 with a yearly rent of $112. Additional text is added to the end of the lease relating to subleasing and requiring the tenant to furnish proof of citizenship as a requirement to enter into the lease; this requirement is in direct relation to the Alien Land Act of California. The document is signed by the lessee and the company.
