Description: Among the possible developments being studied by Greater Los Angeles Plans, Inc. is this artist's conception of a recreational and cultural center on January 30, 1945. A. B. Ruddock is president of the organization. This later developed into a plan for the Los Angeles Music Center, completed in 1967.
