Photograph caption dated May 13, 1964 reads, "Swish - Jim Gentile of Kansas City unleashes the power swing that has put him among the home run leaders of the American League for the past four seasons. Gentile did not connect against the Angels Tuesday, but the A's won anyway, 6-2. Catcher is Bob Rodgers."
