Description
The Valley to Vietnam series, produced by Sacramento Public Library, traces the arc of experience of Vietnam era veterans living in the Sacramento, California area. North Highlands native Jerry Alexander spent one tour of duty in Vietnam with the 69th Armored Regiment, attached to the Fourth Infantry Division in II Corp's Central Highlands. Follow Alexander from his high school days of cruising on K Street to Vietnam's Central Highlands to the Capital Region's earliest vet centers.
