Description
"Richard W. Marsh describes the central plaza in the planned downtown community center to members of his information-education committee which is responsible for informing the voters about the $17.9 million bond issue to finance two Community and Crocker centers. A special election will be held on the bond issue feb. 10, 1963." "Left to right are: Donald E. Boyle, speaker's bureau chairman; Marsh; Thomas C. Allen, endorsements committee chairman; John W. Harriss, press relations chairman; and Fred Elkus, Jr., advertising chairman."
