Photograph shows a close up of two men pulling out a finished bale of cotton that has just been wraped in burlap. Six metal bands are placed around the bale to keep it together. Note on the back of picture states that this is the Bal--- Cotton-Imperial Co. warehouse is in Imperial County, properly protected. The are stacked neatly on the warehouse floor. Photo dated: May 20, 1938.
