Photograph caption dated November 25, 1963 reads, "Mr. and Mrs. Glen A. Fulmer, Valley residents for 25 years, were honored on their 50th wedding anniversary with a reception at the Doric Mission Inn, Mission Hills, given by their son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. W. J. Knoll, Van Nuys. They have a son Col. H. G. Fulmer, a deputy commander in the U.S. Air Force Strategic Air Command, and seven grandchildren. The Fulmers met in Lamar, Col., while he was visiting there from Lompoc. Mrs. Fulmer's family later moved to Oakdale, Calif., and the couple was married."
