Description
The "Castle" was a large Queen Anne style house originally located at 325 S. Bunker Hill Ave. Built around 1882, and once owned by Daniel Donegan, the home was moved to Heritage Square in 1969 to be restored. However, after the building was relocated, it was burned to the ground by arsonists.
View of the last remaining residence on Bunker Hill. "The Castle" and "The Saltbox" are jacked up and ready for moving. The Music Center can be seen behind them to the north.
