Description
Photograph of a Los Angeles County fruit exhibit at Oklahoma City, 1939. A portion of a transparent display case can be seen in the immediate foreground. The fruit exhibit can be seen in front of the display case, framed by a mock up of a square, romanesque arch, supported by columns. A sign above the exhibit reads, "Los Angeles County, California". Different types of fruit can be seen displayed in piles on top of raised platforms within the exhibit. A mural of a beach can be seen behind the fruit exhibit, and a woman can be seen painted on the mural, on the left side. The exhibit appears to be housed in a large warehouse building with a high ceiling.
