This photograph is contained in one of two volumes by Dobbin titled "Album of San Francisco."
View of two men dressed in Old West clothing, along with a few onlookers, in front of a replica of a 19th Century Wells Fargo Agency. Signs on the structure advertise the purchase of gold dust. This building is set up in the lobby of a bank as part of the California Diamond Jubilee celebration. There is no written text alongside the photo; a view of the same structure at the top of page 88 bears text confirming that it was part of this celebration.
