Description
Photograph of the Lopez (Aguirre?) adobe south of the Old Plaza in San Diego, formerly the Mexican Bull Ring, 1915. The adobe is shown from its side in disrepair, extending diagonally from the left foreground to the right distance. To the left, a large portion of spackle has come off of the wall, revealing the bricks, while a door hangs off of its hinges, elevated above the ground by about three feet. An elevated porch adjoins the front side of the adobe, where two doors are visible separated by two large windows between them. A second building is visible in the background. The ground in front appears dry and is covered with scrub vegetation.
