An outdoor shot of a model jet-powered airplane held by a stick by an unidentified man taken for G. M. Giannini & Company, Inc., a Pasadena manufacturer of autoflight instruments. The photograph was taken from ground level so that the model airplane is seen from below. Documentation provided by the photographer places the location of this shot at 161 East California Boulevard, taken on March 18 or 19, 1946. The 1947 Pasadena City Directory lists G. M. Giannini & Company Inc. at 285 West Colorado Boulevard and 300 North Lake Avenue.
