Description
Thanks to the home service department of the Los Angeles Red Cross Chapter, Sgt. Jack Hoye of the 529th Military Police Service Co., stationed in Germany, gained a seven-day emergency furlough which will enable him to testify in his own behalf at a $90,000 damage suit in Superior Court today. Sgt. Hoye was involved in an accident May 16, 1946, at Woodland, Cal., while between enlistments. Pictured left to right: Attorney Samuel A. Rosenthal, Attorney John J. Reahead, Sgt.
