Description
The workplace offers rich opportunity for increasing awareness, modifying attitudes, and promoting health behavior change. Despite these advantages, the workplace also presents unique challenges to the design, implementation and evaluation of methodologically sound and replicable interventions. This presentation will discuss challenges encountered in the context of a workplace intervention designed to promote organ donation, with a focus on practical solutions that helped ensure the theoretical integrity of the intervention and methodological rigor of the program evaluation.
