Assignment: John Joseph Parker III. #3: L to r: John Joseph Parker III, wealthy Oregon theater operator Atty Robert Eaton, representing the wife, and Mrs. Faith Parker, in corridor of Santa Monica Superior Court as Parker discusses alimony payments with Eaton and Mrs. Parker waits for contempt case against her husband to be called. Parker pleaded with judge to serve 5-day jail term but matter was continued one week. #4: John Joseph Parker, III, strides past his estranged wife, Faith, enroute [sic] to Santa Monica Superior Court where he pleaded with a judge to send him to jail rather than pay his wife $2500 toward his arrearage in alimony and child support payments. #8: Mrs. John (Faith) Parker in court".
