Description
STEREO-2791 IN BOXED SET: VAULT *c917.94 U56 Individual stereos in: Stereoscopic views of California. Box title: Seeing California through the stereoscope. Gray mount. A hilltop view down into Avalon and its bay; in the foreground are cacti and wildflowers; at bottom are buildings and on hilltop at extreme right stands a house overlooking the bay; on the beach below are boats and groups of people; in the bay are many boats with a sailboat putting up its sail on the right; toward the upper reaches of the bay a wharf extends out into the bay; a large boat or possibly two stand on the far side of the wharf; behind the waterline and to the left is a street with buildings lined up and people walking on the street; in the background shrub-covered hills descend toward the bay.
