The various industrial buildings span four blocks, a road extending from the lower righthand corner to railroad tracks to the left of center. Surrounding the tracks, cleared ground is visible. This site was the parent to branch plants in Little Rock, Arkansas

with subsidiary T. L. Smith Company of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and Lufkin, Texas, and the Sterling Machinery Company, formerly of Kansas City, Missouri.
