V1p93a In PHOTO ALBUM-VAULT: ** fc917.9461 A3, Vol. I, page 93 top. This photograph is contained in one of two volumes by Dobbin titled "Album of San Francisco." Text under photo: "Market Street directly opposite Second St. 1884." Ornate four-story building on north side of Market between Montgomery and Sansome. Hecht Bros. & Co., Greenebaum Bros., Held & Co., Crane & Brigham, A. Herman, and M. Hyman occupy building. Two large signs with word "Drug" angled on roof edge (center). Some of the signs appear to be retouched.
