Description
Shown examining phonograph records introduced into the bombing trial of Earle Kynette are, left to right, Prosecutor Joe Fainer, Investigator Ted Allen, and Detective Lieut. Warren Hudson on April 27, 1938. The prosecution claims the records were made by Kynette and his "spy" squad officers of speeches made by many persons against the city administration of Mayor Shaw.
