View of the exterior of the Palace Hotel in San Francisco, taken from Sutter Street. Building is seven stories and has lots of windows. Street is cobblestone with street car tracks and has several horse drawn carriages parked on the side of the road. Five men stand on the sidewalk on the left, one is one-legged and leans on a crutch.
