The West Hollywood Emergency Hospital was located at 7530 Santa Monica Boulevard.
Photograph caption dated October 15, 1948 reads, "Lloyd Pantages, 40, son of the late theater magnate, shakes hands with Dr. Nelson Smith (right) after both were treated at West Hollywood Emergency Hospital following crash of their autos. Head-on collision occurred on Sunset boulevard. Pantages suffered nose fracture, Dr. Smith sustained only minor injuries."
