Description
The West Coast Computer Faire was an annual computer industry conference and exposition. The first faire was held in 1977 and was organized by Jim Warren and Bob Relling. At the time, it was the biggest computer show in the world, intended to popularize the personal computer in the homes. The Sixth West Coast Conference took place in San Francisco on April 3-4-5, 1981. This is the recording of the panel titled "Programming Systems". The titles of the papers presented are: "Developent of the Last One - British Software which writes complete, bug-free computer systems" by David Tebbutt and David James. "Warnier-Orr Diagrams; some extensions" by W.N. Nawatani. SAL/80: A structured assembly language for the 8080/8085/Z80" by R. Steve Newberry.
