The Valley Times TODAY Youth Advisory Board tackled the existing problem and analyzed it from several angles: Why do students cheat? How do they cheat? What can be done to overcome cheating?" The youth group concluded, "'Teachers and students should promote educational endeavor, rather than use negative aspects of failure. The emphasis should be on work, rather than tests...'"
