Description
Korean Young Men's League for Natonal Independence prepared this petition with 2.8 Proclamation of Korean independence and sent the petition to foreign embassies in Tokyo, Japanese Congress people and Japanese media. The League held a mass rally to proclaim Korean Independence on February 8 and read this petition with the 2.8 Proclamation of Korean independence
동경의 한인 유학생들이 2.8독립선언을 발표하기 위해 모인 대회에서 발표한 청원서. 조선청년독립단이 2.8독립선언서와 함께 작성한 것으로 이것을 동경에 있는 각국 대사관과 일본 국회의원, 일본 언론 등에 우편으로 발송
