Description: A view of the Ridge Route near Gorman. The original Ridge Route was replaced in 1933 by an alternate 3-lane paved highway with fewer curves than the original. It was eventually identified as State Highway 99. This is near the northern end of the route and snow can be seen on the ground. Photo dated: February 24, 1953.
