Photograph of a street scene, Pendleton, Oregon, ca.1900. People and a horse carriage are crowding a dirt road. A row of buildings is observable on either side of the road signs of some of the buildings read: "The Mint [?]hardt's Beer", "French Restaurant Rooms", "Lewis Hunter Furniture Carpet [?]", and other illegible signboards. Ribbons are hanging from above the road and, further in the back, a large sign is visible which says: "20000 Boost Club Celebration. JULY 4TH. Pendleton Oregon." Houses are observable on a hillside which serves as the backdrop.
