Description
Photo shows a group of United States prohibition enforcement agents attending "school" in the federal building. Agents learn lessons on how to "smell out" stills, how to raid and the 'A, B, C's" of shadowing. Standing in background are the teachers, Edwin E. Grant (left), instructor in law enforcement, and Col. W. Everington, former Los Angeles Police Chief now instructor of divisional schools, Department of Prohibition. Photo dated: December 2, 1931.
