From photo caption printed in the Sacramento Bee on September 1, 1969: "In the shade of pine trees - many of which are disappearing at Incline Village - Dr. Charles Goldman discussed eutrophication and other changes taking place in Lake Tahoe. Goldman, professor of zoology at the University of California in Davis, was a speaker at yesterday's ecology teach-in."
