2015-0475.
Sacramento County Courthouse, corner of 7th & I Streets, served as State Capitol building, 1855-1869. Citizens and construction workers pose amid bricks and scaffolding at front and side of Classic style building, showing fluted Ionic columns, during raising in 1870. Mr. Knox, contractor, poses at lower center.
