Description: This 1946 municipal report provides a summary of the Sacramento's city government and features a consolidated balance sheet as of June 30, 1946. In this document the operation of Sacramento's city government is divided into the following princial departments: Engineering, Police, Fire, Finance, Recreation, Health, Water, Library and Park. Also included in this report are photographs of Sacramento's mayor, vice-mayor, and City Council members, photographs of Sacramento's many parks, and an illustrated map of the city.
