Description
Photograph caption dated April 10, 1987 reads, "The driver of a van carrying three special-education students could be charged with speeding after the vehicle went out of control on the Ventura Freeway yesterday and landed on its side, heading in the wrong direction. No one was hurt in the 8:40 a.m. accident in westbound lanes near Victory Boulevard. Linda Been, 37, told California Highway Patrol officers that she was unable to safely brake when traffic stopped in front of her vehicle."
