Photograph of throngs of people crowding the streets (east Fifth Street?) to welcome the arrival of President William McKinley for La Fiesta de Los Angeles, 1901. An American flag hangs prominently from a line strung across the street. Two horse-drawn carriages are driving down the middle of the street. Some people are perched on roofs of adjacent buildings.
