It is a light-colored stone building with a tall rectangular tower at center that tapers to a point near the top. Many rectangular windows can be seen on the upper stories of the building, while larger arch-shaped windows can be seen on the lower floors. In the background at left, several very large buildings are visible. In the foreground at right, a small park-like area can be seen. Paved paths run through grassy areas shaded by large trees.
