Description
Photograph of a German prison camp showing prisoners and barracks, ca.1915. The captured soldiers are lined up at center, facing the camera. They are standing between two rows of light-colored barracks, one of which is on each side of the men. The barracks buildings are long structures with small square windows and wooden sides. There is a dirt path at center that leads towards the place where the prisoners are standing. Two lines of utility poles run alongside the road. Photoprint reads: "A.E.F. in France".
