An aerial view looking down and past the commercial district on American Avenue in Long Beach. Lower right is the Mission Theatre with a sign "Mission Vaudeville" on the top of the building. Another building, lower center, is still under construction and has scaffolding completely around the structure. Other businesses include cafeterias, storage, used cars, hotels, retail stores, and apartments.
