Description
Photograph article dated July 7, 1962 partially reads, "Loring recently was invited to Washington by the Kennedy's to present 'Billy the Kid' at the White House. This ballet, written in 1938 with music by Aaron Copland and choreography by Loring, is now regarded as an American classic." Note: Pictured is Eugene Loring, American School of Dance choreographer.
